Method of Research : Survey Question

For my project. I have provide some question which is  survey questionnaire to the public mostly  in urban areas. For this  survey  I focusing on three places which is

• Bukit Bintang
• Bangsar
• Along Federal highway

This is an example of survey question that I had done.

• What are the causes of noise pollution?
• What are the effects of noise pollution on people's health, in general?
• What are the effects of noise pollution on the children's health?
• What are the effects of noise pollution on the environment?
• How can we reduce the noise pollution?
• What are the precautions we can take to avoid noise pollution?
